Does the term of the application for participation coincide with the deadline for sending the work?

What should be the subject of the art work?
The subject can start from the concept of wine container, without proposing the already known forms of glass, decanter or bottle as they are, but rather giving it its own free interpretation.

Must it be a functional art work to drink wine?
It must be a "new form" of container, where aesthetics plays a prominent role on its functionality. This does not exclude that the same work can be of relevant aesthetic fascination while always maintaining its functionality.

How should the art work be performed?
The technique of realization is absolutely FREE, provided that the matrix respects a prevalence of clay of at least i ⅔ of the total, and that the work does not exceed the maximum dimension of 1 m³ and a weight of 70kg.

 

How should the art work be sent?
Shipments are charged to them authors. For all details please refer to point 6 of the Guidelines.

Can an art work be produced by more than one artist?
Absolutely, you can be one or more artists on the same art work.


What happens to art works that are not suitable for participation?
The Organizers reserve the right to exclude them from the exhibition. The excluded works must be recovered by them authors. In cases of waiver of the refund, these will be taken charge free of charge for an indefinite period of time by the Association that will have it in total autonomy and with full ownership. The will to donate the art work can always be exercised, communicating the exercise to the Contemporary Association that reserves the right to accept its or not.

What happens to the non-winning art works?
Works that are not winners must be recovered by them authors. In cases of waiver of the refund, these will be taken charge free of charge for an indefinite period of time by the Association that will have it in total autonomy and with full ownership . The will to give the work can always be exercised, communicating the exercise to the Contemporary Association that reserves the right to accept its or not.

When will the Registration Fee of € 20,00 be returned?

The registration fee, as security fund, will be returned upon delivery of the work in the competition (subject to the requirements, as indicated in point 2 of the Regulations).
